2. Estimates, Consultations, and Project Information

Information submitted through the website helps German Flooring evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a form does not create a service contract, guarantee product availability, establish final pricing, reserve an appointment, or obligate German Flooring to perform work.

Website estimates, calculator results, recommendations, timelines, measurements, and other preliminary information are provided for general planning purposes. Final pricing, scope, scheduling, product availability, installation requirements, and responsibilities must be confirmed through an applicable written estimate, order, work order, or service agreement.

Project pricing and timing may be affected by site conditions, measurements, product availability, subfloor condition, moisture conditions, demolition requirements, furniture moving, material delivery, transitions, molding, stairs, room layout, access limitations, customer-requested changes, and other project-specific factors.

3. Appointments and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details, service-address information, room measurements if available, product preferences, project information, photographs if requested, and reasonable access to the project area.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, consultation, measurement, delivery, or installation, please notify German Flooring as soon as reasonably possible. Additional appointment, cancellation, delivery, storage, or rescheduling terms may be included in a written project agreement.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

German Flooring operates text messaging programs for customers and prospective customers who provide applicable consent.

Non-marketing messages: If you opt in, German Flooring may send text messages regarding inquiries, estimate requests, consultations, appointments, measurements, orders, deliveries, installations, repairs, warranties, invoices, project updates, and customer-service matters.

Marketing messages: If you separately opt in, German Flooring may send promotional text messages concerning special offers, discounts, products, services, and business updates.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with German Flooring. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received.

Availability, pricing, promotions, warranties, and product specifications may change. Product-specific warranties, installation requirements, maintenance instructions, and limitations are governed by the applicable manufacturer documentation and written purchase or installation agreement.

6. Website Content and Flooring Calculator

Website content and calculator results are provided for general informational and estimation purposes only. Calculator results are not final measurements, quotes, orders, or guarantees of the amount of material required.

Actual material requirements may differ because of room shape, pattern direction, cutting waste, product dimensions, installation method, stairs, transitions, closets, damaged materials, subfloor conditions, and other project considerations. Professional measurement and written confirmation may be required before ordering or installation.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, page layouts, designs, icons, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to German Flooring and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
